Special Order or Shipping Fee

If you are on this page, you have already contacted us and have been given instructions.  In the Special Request Box, please insert the special request that we discussed .  Then insert the correct number in the quantity box to cover the fee.  Example:  If you were told there would be an additional fee of  $25,  you would insert a 5 in the quantity box.  Please contact us with any questions.  Preapproval is required for all Special Orders.
